Delivery Acceptance Rule: Funds are only eligible for seller clearance after the buyer explicitly reviews and accepts the completed order deliverables.
Dispute Resolution Protection: If a seller fails to deliver or provides work inconsistent with gig specifications, buyers can open a dispute ticket for review by 2 designated Admin Governance Officers.
Full Refund Rights: Approved disputes result in an immediate 100% refund returned directly to the buyer's account.

2. Seller Clearance Hold Windows & Payout Timelines

To protect against post-delivery chargebacks, credit card fraud, or post-completion disputes, completed order earnings undergo a standard Escrow Clearance Hold Window before becoming available for withdrawal.

Gross earnings minus platform fees remain in Pending Escrow Clearance for exactly 14 calendar days following order completion before unlocking for payout.

3. Automated Clearance & Bank Payout Notifications

Sellers are kept fully informed throughout every stage of the financial clearance lifecycle via in-app notifications and dashboard balance badges:

🎉 1. Order Completion & Countdown Trigger:When a gig is completed, a countdown timer (e.g. Clears in 5 Days) appears on your Seller Dashboard under Pending Clearance.

💵 2. Clearance Completion Notification:The moment the clearance hold expires, an automated notification is dispatched: "Your earnings of $X.XX for Order #123 are now cleared and available for withdrawal!"

💸 3. Bank Payout Execution Notification:When SuperAdmin executes your bank transfer payout, a notification containing your unique Bank Reference Transaction ID is issued.

4. Nominated Bank Transfers & Automated Settlement Cycles

Platform payout settlements are processed directly to sellers' nominated bank accounts based on the official platform settlement schedule configured by Original SuperAdmin Governance:

Settlement Cycles: Payouts execute on Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly automated settlement intervals.
Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: $10.00 USD.
Nominated Account Configuration: Sellers can update their receiving bank details anytime in Profile → Bank Transfer Details.
